The Pool Guy carries Baquacil® pool care products for homeowners using a chlorine-free treatment system. If you already use Baquacil or are considering a change, contact our Lafayette team to discuss your pool and current product availability.

If you’ve recently taken over care of a pool, knowing which treatment system it uses is a useful first step. Have the names of your current products and any recent water test results handy when you contact us. That gives our team a clearer starting point for discussing your pool’s routine.

A Different Approach to Pool Water Care

Chlorine-Free Sanitizing

The Baquacil pool care system uses a chlorine-free liquid sanitizer to control bacteria and algae. It is a complete treatment approach, rather than a direct substitute for a chlorine tablet.

A Coordinated Care System

Baquacil’s CDX® system combines a sanitizer, oxidizer and supporting product in a three-step routine. Follow the manufacturer’s guide for the system you use.

Ongoing Water Care

The range also includes products for water clarity, metals and filter cleaning. Your water test results and existing treatment system help determine what is appropriate.

Thinking about switching systems? Review Baquacil’s conversion instructions first. Chlorine and bromine products are not interchangeable with the Baquacil treatment routine.
